In this weeks lessons, you'll learn how to rewire your RAS (Reticular Activating Systems) to work for you. You'll also learn how to identify your limiting beliefs, systemic limiting beliefs, and make them work for you.  A limiting belief doesn't have to be something personal about yourself like, I'm not smart enough, it can be something like, I'll never make more money in my current job, or I'm not able to exercise because I don't have time.
